The Rainbow Ridge is thrilled to have Nathan join us for our April 2023 General Meeting, especially given all that our state’s Republican government is doing to hurt our community.

Nathan is an Attorney and LGBTQ+ Advocate. He was President Emeritus at St. Pete Pride and the first transgender statewide appointed official in the U.S. to Director of LGBTQ Affairs at Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services. Formerly he was an Andrew S. Cray Law Fellow at National Center for Transgender Equality and an Executive Director at ALSO Youth.

Nathan studied at Stetson University College of Law and at University of South Florida

He was born and raised in Florida and is a lifelong Democrat and LGBTQ+ advocate. From childhood through his last professional position, he has witnessed first-hand the positive impacts and the importance of electing Democrats at every level of government. He’s an attorney in St. Petersburg practicing in a small firm focused on serving LGBTQ+ clients.
